Coordinate error[edit]

The following coordinate fixes are needed for
31.384444,120.951389 is wrong ! This place is actually on the riverbank, 40km North West of where the co-ordinates indicate.
On http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jiangyin click on the co-ordinates given on the right near the top of the page, or just below the map.

Once there, zoom out three times, and the name will appear at top left, half hidden by the circle with four arrows in it. There is a road bridge on the G" highway over the Yangtse there, and 5 km downstream is a railway bridge, and 5km further downstream again is the island with the Zhangjiagang Shuangshan Golf Club on it.
Correct co-ordinates are
31° 55′ 16.6″ N 120° 17′ 21.5″ E
31.921279° 120.289307°

Social Welfare Section[edit]
I don't get the use of the social welfare section, that just refers to which institution handles adoption, even providing an address. Seems like 'publicity', the perversion of which is even enlarged given these encyclopedical contexts, so I'd opt for removing.alas I'm not an active wikipedian so I wouldn't take that decision on my own.
