"IND" 1996 template designation[edit]

CART teams, save Galles, didn't run at Indianapolis in 1996, so Vasser certainly couldn't have won it. The win was in a backup car at the "U.S. 500" at Michigan instead. --Chr.K. 12:34, 9 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I had the initial abbreviation as '500', as in US 500, while the Indy 500 has always been 'IND'. Some one changed it. Manwithaduck 03:43, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
