Improve it, but don't delete it

It seems that this page isn't linked from anywhere. However I do want to state that it should remain in Wikipedia as it has actual notoriety. In my case I just googled for it, with search terms "curve telephone per inhabitants". For my work I actually needed to know what that curve was that was used pre-1990 to chart telecom progress. So please editors, don't touch this. Even if you don't get it, this is important in places where policy and telecommunications meet. Raindeer (talk) 11:29, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
