Image:Johanband.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Current members[edit]

New band picture.[edit]

Recently I took this (very bad) picture of three of the members of the band performing in a record store a few days ago. Do you think it's better than the current picture, which only features Jacco de Greeuw?
