Steinwert[edit]

Johann Steinwert von Soest, - Steinwert seems to be his surname, Soest defining where he comes from. The German Wikipedia always calls him Steinwert, I suggest we do the same. It is also less trouble to distinguish who he is and where he lives. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:58, 15 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Name[edit]

I agree that using Johannes is much better than Soest as if it was surname, but Johannes's looks strikingly un-German. How about Johannes'? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:40, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, that's good for me too. If you are based in Germany, would you be willing to incorporate some of these changes to the German wiki? (I'm not fluent, but I suspect there may be more German readers of this article than English). Altenmaeren (talk) 22:46, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps remind me, I have plenty of other things first ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:50, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
