Was Herman arrested?[edit]

https://www.deseret.com/1993/5/24/19048407/british-teen-arrested-after-hijack-joke states "John Herdman, 17" was arrested and released in for a security issue. There is no indication that it is this John Herdman, even though he would have been 17 at the time. It's also curious that the "story" does not appear in any other news source, and http://web.archive.org/web/2021*/https://www.deseret.com/1993/5/24/19048407/british-teen-arrested-after-hijack-joke does not show it prior to November 2021 even though the byline purports to be from 1993. Also curious is that the publication did not have an online presence prior to 1998 http://web.archive.org/web/19980131073834/http://www.deseret.com/ . Also curious that no other major events are from that early. Walter Görlitz (talk) 21:23, 3 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
