Name of 15 volume work[edit]

What is the name of the 15 volume biography of Tycho Brahe that Dreyer wrote? Is it possible to get that biography in an unabridged format in April of 2017 (or later; I'm putting the date in my question for those who come after)? — Preceding unsigned comment added by ProfessorTom (talkcontribs) 17:14, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I was able to answer my own question based on A History of Astronomy from Thales to Kepler which was linked as a PDF in the RefList. The name of the work is Opera Omnia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ProfessorTom (talkcontribs) 23:51, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Examples of "dated"?[edit]

In the Wikipedia article, a comment has been made that A History of Astronomy from Thales to Kepler is "dated in some respects".

First of all, I do not believe this comment belongs in the article at least without citing some authority who makes that comment and gives their reasoning, i.e. I think the comment would be fair game if the artifice were quoting a subject matter expert's criticism on the work.

Secondly, the article does not cite examples of how the work is dated. Is "History" dated simple because it wasn't published within the last three months? Because the work is over 100 years old? Because advances have been in human knowledge that render information on "History" inaccurate or incorrect?

I vote to remove this criticism if it cannot be substantiated by an expert's considered opinion or if the remark cannot be explained in context. — Preceding unsigned comment added by ProfessorTom (talkcontribs) 17:20, 16 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
