The New York Times article that is cited is a secondary source, however the way the section is written, at least to me, sounds very POV especially with the other bill above it mentioned the way it is mentioned.--VVikingTalkEdits 15:00, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Viewmont Viking: I took the initiative and edited that section. Most of the indiscriminate votes (only cited by a link to the Virginia legislature's website) are now gone, while the more notable votes that have been reported by secondary sources remain.
