"Life and Career", or as put here, "Background", should be the primary element of the article, and should come before (or should incorporate) discussions of scandals. Master Aviator Badge?[edit]

There is no Master Aviator(Pilot) Badge in the USAF. Gen. Jumper is a Command Pilot in his bio and known for flying the single seat F-22 Raptor.

There is a Master Navigator Badge, But no Master Pilot Badge.
