Lead overall reads poorly, sentences are short and stilted, and overlap

By the time he graduated, he went from 119 to 200 pounds conversion needed

In late 1962, Paciorek attended an instructional league put on by Houston, and followed that up by being part of the team's spring training roster, where he "hit everything in sight", and finished exhibition play with a batting average of over .300. poorly constructed sentence

After spring training ended, he began his professional career with the Modesto Colts of the California League. He played in 78 games for the team, and had a .219 batting average and 15 doubles can you combine these sentences?
