– This relatively obscure current state-level politician (about 100 or so page views per month) does not seem dominantly WP:PRIMARY (e.g., in terms of popularity or long-term significance) relative to the five other people listed at John R. Smith (disambiguation). All six topics have roughly similar page view counts, and at least one of the other people is also clearly known simply as "John R.
