Numbers[edit]

The meet briefly in the first story, and story #12 featured both characters. After that, Billy Yank appeared in only one additional story, #14.

It would be nice to have the names of #12 and #14 in the sentence, as otherwise one has to count down the list. Also the "#" does not mean number in Commonwealth English. --Philip Baird Shearer 08:51, 9 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Remove "novel" template. This is a comic strip, not a novel. Rick Norwood (talk) 13:38, 16 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Low importance?[edit]

Since I worked on the article, I cannot vote on its importance. I think, however, wikipedia tends to rate all superhero articles as of higher importance than any non-superhero article. My favorite example is that Henry Pym is rated high importance, Tarzan (comics) low importance. This article I would like to see rated medium importance. The strip was a full page in the New York Herald Tribune, and was probably read by more people than read The Avengers today. On the other hand, it did have a relatively short run.
