List of Works[edit]

Is there a complete list of Lamb's works, or at least of his rags, to be found anywhere? There are such lists for Joplin's and Scott's compositions, but I've never seen one for Lamb's. Such a list should be included in this article, or at least linked to. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.92.174.105 (talk) 00:51, 12 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Totally agree. The only such list included in the article is one of his works that were unpublished during his lifetime, which seems quite arbitrary and somewhat bizarre without a complete list (regardless of when published). 2001:8003:1C26:DC01:25BB:E991:784F:7D4B (talk) 00:11, 7 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Meaning of sentence unclear[edit]

What does this mean: "He surpassed ragtime's usual four-measure phrase structure."? It's followed by a reference to a book, which presumably explains it, but some explication of this assertion needs to be included in the article as it's not at all obvious what "surpass" is intended to mean when applied to its object here. 2001:8003:1C26:DC01:652F:4CAD:3539:80CB (talk) 08:47, 4 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
