There has never been an application from a Dutch Family court under EU Art.267 TFUE to the CJ-EU[edit]

Since the membership of the Netherlands in the EU and the EU Art 267 TFUE ruling there has never been an application/request to the Court of Justice (CJ-EU) to give preliminary rulings on the interpretation of EU law and on the validity of acts of the institution. It was again contested and requested in 2022 at the Dutch Courts of Appeal in Hertogenbosch who did not overrule the Breda Family Court decision. If needed and possible the two court decisions can be provided. As there was no need to the Dutch higher court, it went to the ECHR in Strasbourg who did nothing.
