This seems to be WP:UNDUE to me. Animanga memes come and go so fast that only a select few stick around and become notable like It's Over 9000! or Truck-kun. Memes that actually affected the original work can be mentioned in their respective series article like nice boat, but this meme has not affected the series at all.
