"The Lord Over Jordan"[edit]

One of his most famous works is the mural titled "The Lord Over Jordan" in Shiloh Baptist Church in Powhatan, Virginia. This is one of the rare occasions that a black congregation commissioned a white artist to decorate its church. The mural, a 12 foot x 12 foot painting, was unveiled with impressive ceremonies and forms the background to the church's baptismal pool. As the congregation was poor, he agreed to be paid in produce, two pick-up truck loads of chickens, corn, potatoes, and beets. which helped the Binfords tide over the winter. [4]

A couple key points in this paragraph don't seem to be supported by the citation:

The location of the mural. The Time article says it's at "a Negro church at Shiloh, Va." Shiloh, Virginia offers 5 possibilities, but none are in Powhatan County, much less Powhatan proper. This is what actually brought me to this article, because a mention was added in the Powhatan, Virginia article.
The size of the mural. The Time article says it is "a 12½-ft.-sq. mural." Is it 12.5 feet by 12.5 feet (a square mural 12 1/2 feet to the side), is it 12 feet by 12 feet (I don't see how you could get this unless the Time article is just wrong, in which case some other source is needed), or is it 12 1/2 square feet (perhaps 3 1/8 feet by 4 feet)?
The citation doesn't mention that this is one of his most famous works. Is there a source for this claim?
