Comparisons between versions

What? No more comparisons between the different versions?--FigmentJedi 04:58, 7 May 2005 (UTC)

If you can put the original info into a more compact form, like one or two paragraphs instead of whole sections for each version, I have no problem with it. But the previous look was unkempt and clumsy.--Speedway 12:42, May 7, 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for your contribution. It looks much better than the previous version. You must agree? Thanks a lot anyway.--Speedway 21:45, May 7, 2005 (UTC)

Disneyland Paris

Sorry, but the main reason why there is no Jungle Cruise in Disneyland Paris is that the western european climate is absolutely unsuitable for the tropic plants needed for a jungle vegetation and that the jungle cruise could only be operated during summer season.

Official literature states that they didn't include one because the idea of a "boat ride" to the French wouldn't seem exotic. - Toz

A lot of the foliage at the jungle cruise in California is artificial so the idea of the climate being the reason isn't all that sound. Jclaggett (talk) 21:55, 3 September 2011 (UTC)

External links

I renamed "Resources" to "External links" so that the article would better first the format of other Wikipedia articles. Also, I put the footnote into a new "References" section. Disneyfile 18:59, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

toucan

at one point at the part when you go past the front of the waterfall at the side on a rock layed an animitronic toucan bird un mentioned an unseen by many.

My brother certainly mentions the toucan ("it's 4 cans short of a sixpack") when he's the skipper. Eeekster (talk) 22:31, 16 July 2011 (UTC)

Back into sections

I know that in the past, this article was deliberately taken out of the format in which there was a different section for each version from each different park, but the last instance of the article was a mess, with statements true to only one version (usually Disneyland) thrown into general sections in a confusing manner. I felt the return to park-specific sections, at least for now, was by far the most organized and encyclopedic way to structure the info. Thanks! BigThunderMtn (talk) 13:55, 5 May 2008 (UTC)

Reference query

This article refers to a book called 'The Jungle Cruise: Foray into the Faux' by Nathaniel Minnick (University of Michigan, 2005). I can find no evidence that this book exists. I have looked on amazon.com, bookfinder.com, the University of Michigan Press website, and also googled the book and the author - all with no results. Problem

The Jungle Cruise page is linked from "List of Disney Attractions that utilize audio-animatronics". At least in the Magic Kingdom Version, they don't. It's a system of hydrological pressure valves. Should this be altered? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.61.37.240 (talk) 18:20, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
