Untitled[edit]

Why does this article state Mr. Kaplan is Jewish? To whom does it matter? And for my curiosity, why? Delete sentence, I say. —Preceding unsigned comment added by DUden (talkcontribs) 19:58, 30 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Death[edit]

This page needs to be rewritten to include Mr. Kaplan's death from Parkinson's disease on February 2nd 2014. So he is no longer a "living person". See the list of recent deaths on the Wikipedia page.Ed (talk) 09:04, 4 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Too late to say thank you[edit]

Mr. Kaplan died a month ago, too soon for me to be able to say "Thanks" for the wonderful Clemens biography he wrote decades ago. If his family finds this post, a belated condolence. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.50.102.118 (talk) 20:02, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
