Hi there, I'll review this article. My comments are below.

  • "On July 9, 1947, the highway was extended north to US-36" → was the extension done all in one day, or is this the day that the extension was started/finished?
That was when it was Approved to be added to the State Highway System. -420Traveler (talk) 00:46, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Since it was extended north its alignment has not changed." → need a comma after "north"
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "The highway advances north through more farmland for to its northern terminus at US-36" → bolded section doesn't make a lot of sense, guessing "for" is an extra word there

  • "Past US-36 the road continues north as 26th Road." → comma after "US-36"

  • At the end of the second paragraph in "Route description", I'm not sure that this footnote with an explanation of the National Highway System is necessary since National Highway System is linked earlier in the sentence.
It may not have to be but this was requested to be done in other GA reviews on Kansas roads. -420Traveler (talk) 00:51, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Kansas state highway system" → does this need to be capitalized, like "National Highway System" above?
Not done: From what I can tell, "Kansas state highway system" works since it isn't being used as a proper noun. ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I am out of time for now but I will aim to complete the rest of the review tonight; it shouldn't take too long. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 22:42, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • "had allocated $1991.94" → all other dollar values over $1,000 are given with a comma
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "making it an all weather road" → I think it is more conventional to say "all-weather" with a hyphen
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "In a resolution approved on September 11, 1946, it was approved to extend" → emphasis is mine, just a bit repetitive
Done: Difficult rewording, but it should do the trick. ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "By mid 1947" → "mid-1947"
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "In Early February 1958" → "Early" does not capitalization
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Over the years the Black Vermillion River" → sounds more natural with a comma after "years"
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "including 17 times just in 1973" → maybe "including 17 times in 1973 alone"
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Included in the plans were to slightly change the course of the river" → bolded bit should be reworded
Done: replaced it with "Included in the easement were plans to change the course of the river". Easement is an interesting word but it's the only one I could find that would fit. ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • "In mid January 1979" → "mid-January"
     Done ― Tuna NoSurprisesPlease 23:16, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

References look good, as far as I can tell. I haven't seen redlinks in the "website" parameter like that before but I can't find anything that advises for/against that and presence of redlinks are certainly not a barrier to GA, so I don't have any issues with it. Placing on hold so you can address these comments. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 22:40, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I'll ping both users that are attending to this one @Tunakanski and 420Traveler: the only outstanding issue is the one in the very first bullet point (just needs to be clarified in the lead). Other than that it's all good. PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 02:27, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Should be  Fixed now. -420Traveler (talk) 03:02, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It is indeed, happy to pass! PCN02WPS (talk | contribs) 04:14, 5 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
