Fair use rationale for Image:KEET 13.jpg

Image:KEET 13.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Question about whether this station is truly broadcasting HD content

A user has, several times, asserted that this station is broadcasting in HD. Please provide a citation to verify this fact. I would recommend that the references to HD be removed unless the user can provide verification of this assertion. There is a difference between broadcasting a digital signal and broadcasting a high definition picture on said digital signal. I agree. On my HDTV, I get 480i on both 13.1 and 13.2, all the time. I even called KEET to ask about this, and they said that "in a year or two" they will have the upgrades needed to broadcast in HD. As an aside, all of the local digital stations has yet to broadcast anything besides 480i Seer (talk) 19:43, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
