Really?[edit]

I took the liberty of reverting the edit made 4/22/09, as it was irrelevant. One group of unruly campers at one site during one weekend is not important enough for mention. Whateverlolawants (talk) 07:03, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kampgrounds of America → KOA (campgrounds) – "KOA" seems to be the WP:COMMONNAME. Sources like this refer to the company as "KOA", not "Kampgrounds of America", and their website refers to them as just "KOA" as well. I'm a little worried about ambiguity with the Japanese company and the radio station, and there is a general reluctance on Wikipedia to designate primary topics for TLAs, but the page views do show this topic as pretty dominant for "KOA".
