I removed the Refimprove and Puffery templates from atop the article (diff). Every sentence presently has an inline citation, and the article does not contain wording that promotes the subject through exaggeration of unnoteworthy facts. Rather, the article presents a neutrally-worded overview about the company. North America1000 15:32, 24 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Tags removed[edit]

I removed the Advert and cleanup templates from atop the article (diff). The tone is neutral, is not promotional, and nothing has been stated on the talk page qualifying the tags. As requested before, please discuss per WP:BRD. The poster is likely already aware of this, and they have requested in the past to not communicate if possible, so not pinging them. Pinging Cunard who has contributed to this article. North America1000 17:42, 27 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with your assessment that the article's tone is neutral and that the {{advert}} and {{cleanup}} tags should not be restored to the article. Cunard (talk) 04:59, 1 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The kampyle.com website seems gone.[edit]

Maybe change the "website" link to: https://www.medallia.com/press-release/medallia-acquires-digital-voice-customer-leader-kampyle/

And reword the Wikipedia page to be about some piece of software called "Medallia Digital Feedback": https://www.medallia.com/solutions/digital/ Henk Poley (talk) 12:24, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
