Is Garo magazine related to Shonen Sunday? I am a bit confused because Kamui is listed in List of series run in Weekly Shōnen Sunday, yet this article fails to mention Shonen Sunday. Luis Dantas (talk) 17:38, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't know if Kamui ever ran in Shōnen Sunday, however, the magazines are completely different. Shōnen Sunday is basically a mainstream magazine a demographic of young boys, Garo was an alternative magazine with rather adult, avant-garde manga. It gained some attention over the years, but in the end was cancelled due to bad sales. 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 00:16, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article title[edit]

Currently, there are two different articles for Kamui (manga) and Kamui (manga series), which feels ambiguous and confusing. Couldn't there be better disambiguation titles, such as Kamui (Nanami manga) and Kamui (Shirato manga) or something like that? 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 01:20, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It was never titled just "Kamui"[edit]

I would be very interested to see a citation for the claim that the series was originally just "Kamui," and not "Kamui den" when the series ran in GARO, because every Japanese source I have ever seen has used the title "Kamui den," except of course when referencing "Kamui gaiden."Matt Thorn (talk) 13:31, 28 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This seems to be a misunderstanding between Kamui-den having different "parts" (第一部 daiichibu [part 1]、第二部 dainibu [part 2], Kamui Gaiden, etc.) It was never just called "Kamui". I would change that to reflect this. 2604:6000:CC40:5600:6BA9:680F:9BD9:60BB (talk) 19:43, 12 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
