The name of the agency in this title is incorrect[edit]

The name of this agency is: Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services. You can see this on the agency's website: http://www.kdads.ks.gov/home. Also in the 2012 Executive Reorganization Order No. 41 of Governor Sam Brownback the name of the newly created agency is given as Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services.
