Olympic karate kumite is not grappling[edit]

Kumite is never translated as "grappling hands" by practitioners as far as I am aware, so I removed that (I think) unhelpful parenthetical text. The term 'karateka' is probably not helpful for people new to the sport, so I have replaced it with 'athlete' for improved readability.
