Foreign languages[edit]

According to these two sources, Blackburn was fluent in Norwegian, German, and French, and also spoke Swahili and Russian. I do not think so, at least not in the context of this article. However, according to the website Behind the Name, "Kari" is the Norwegian form of "Katherine" (see here). –Black Falcon (Talk) 17:45, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
