In case it might be seen as a conflict, I will mention that I was a member of the physics faculty at Kalamazoo College during a dozen of the years that Katheryn Rajnak taught there.
It is my belief that her 33 peer-reviewed scientific articles and book chapters constitute direct evidence of notability, in addition to documenting the facts of her several long-term collaborations. I believe that I have removed all items of opinion, pending publication of other references that are about her, which might provide a basis for including them.

The Kalamazoo College project to scan archival documents and publish them online is still in progress. The 1968 yearbook evidence that Dr. Rajnak was on the physics faculty then has already been cited. I have just learned of documentation now online for her Woodrow Wilson Honorary Fellowship, her NSF graduate study scholarship, and her Phi Beta Kappa membership; those honors, with the appropriate citations, will be added to the page. Further, I have learned that other relevant documents are in line to be scanned and published; that should permit this article to be significantly strengthened; in particular, I expect to be able to replace the two email citations with links to the scanned documents. Additional documents have now been scanned and published, and I have learned that Dr. Rajnak was listed in "American Men & Women of Science" from the 12th edition until the 23rd edition. That provides a reference that I will cite to support part of the text, and it further addresses the issue of notability. It may be a few days before I update the page, but the updates are coming.
