Operational Incidents[edit]

On 12 March 2019, a C151B train left Ang Mo Kio station heading towards Yio Chu Kang with one of its doors open. A station manager informed the Operations Control Centre and the train braked 200 metres from Ang Mo Kio. All passengers disembarked safely, however the station manager was suspended thereafter.
