How do you add spouses and Children to Keene Thompson Wikipedia Page. Help I am not Technically Savy.

How do you add spouses on to a page?? Keene Thompson has 3 wives in his life. If someone can please add this on that would be wonderful. I have some information from my Ancestry app. I am related to him through my 2nd great aunt. I am new to Wikipedia. Please help me.. His next wife was Beatrice Inez Pedler she was born on June 27, 1903 in San Francisco County, California and passed away on February 6, 1992 in Omak, Okanogan County, Washington and was buried in Pacific Grove, Monterey County, California at the El Carmelo Cemetery. They was married on June 3, 1927 in Los Angels, Los Angeles, California.
