First electric television?[edit]

In the same article it claims he built the first electric television it says it used a MECHANICAL system called the Nipkow disk, what he built wasn't differnt to what other people like John Logie Baird did earlier. He wasn't the first to use a CTR display either as he seems to have claimed at some point (at least 5 other people did it before) Judging by the book, Zworykin, Pioneer of Television by Albert Abramson he did not do anything truly new outside maybe getting good results using a crt tube as receiver with a flying-spot scanner in 1928, after Philo Farnsworth made already a demostration of a full electrical television, both things he used were already being tested and invented before and putting the two together wasn't something exactly groundbreaking. People were getting half-tone images using a flying spot scanner and a Nipkow disk earlier too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mirad1000 (talkcontribs) 22:11, 22 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
