Citizen of Kentucky?[edit]

In the qualifications section it says that to serve in the House you have to be a citizen of Kentucky. That can't be right? I didn't think that states granted citizenship. Eiad77 (talk) 00:17, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
