Kingdom (South Korean TV series) → Kingdom (Netflix) – Please change this page title, such as Criminal (Netflix), if there is a new show on Mnet, called Kingdom, the male version of Queendom. Why a full rewrite ?[edit]

  1. First of all, the sources. Most of the former selected ones are written by totally unknown people parroting some news releases. Having an explicit list, sorted by dates, and indexed by the media allows to make some editorial choices. Only web sources really conveying original information have been kept, while Netflix is the best source for what Netflix has said, the credits are the best sources for the presence or not of a given actor, etc.
  2. The 12 episodes are not telling 12 stories, written by 12 authors. Therefore, templating the synopsis as if it was about Bones (TV series) is strange. Moreover, the work was rather released as two 300mn movies.
  3. The synopsis provided here is supposed to be written by people having seen the work, and is supposed to be a reasonable summary of the contents.
  4. We are not supposed to advertise the third season, and surely not beyond what the producers themselves have said. As of now, "the mysterious Ashin" is nothing else than one still image at the very end of the whole thing.
  5. Concerning the reception, there are very few methods to evaluate how many people have actually seen these 12 episodes, and what was their satisfaction. Usual reviewers were "rather satisfied", that's true. Everything else is rather crystal ball.
  6. A map, and some indications concerning filming locations are useful.

  • Hi @Pldx1:. First of all, Kingdom is not a movie, but an ongoing television series. You specifically removed the episodic tables in your recent edits and added superfluous information in the follow up submissions that don't adhere to the style guide. Please familiarize yourself with the WP:MOSTV guidelines for television related articles.   • The examples you have given are not helping what you are saying. In the Stranger Things series, various episodes have various writers, directors and release dates, so that the said template is appropriate. In the Dexter, the template is not used at all.   • Dear User:Elainasla. The Series overview you are pushing up are nothing but blatant copyvios. From S1E1 to S2E4, this is simply piracy of Netflix. It is not so clear that 'Kingdom' suggest a link with the Imjin war. Asserting otherwise is rather "creative". One can say that some web links are saying so, but nothing more. On the monument, we have month 10, day 20. But no year is given. The text say Waku (=pirates), not Wae soldiers. The English subtitles are saying

and here, 丙寅年9月 means September of a 丙寅 byeongin 병인 year... while none of 1446, 1506, 1566, 1626, occurs in the 1592-1598 window.

Ownership behavior[edit]

  1. You have removed the "Fair Use" version of the promotional poster. Why ?
  2. You have removed any mention of the filming locations. Why ?
  3. You have removed the map that was provided to help the readers that don't know where Dongnae, Sangju etc. could be in Korea. Why ?
  4. You have removed the RIP notices appearing in the credits of each of the 12 episodes of the series. Why ?

You have not provided any reason for these actions, only pretending 'restoring page'. This way of doing gives the impression that you are acting as if you were the owner of the page. But, you know, there is nothing like an "owner" here. Other questions were asked just above, again without answers. This is not the right way to act.   • Hi @Pldx1:. Please read the guidelines for WP:MOSTV. To answer your first point, it specifically states under the image section, that a show's main article requires the use of "an intertitle shot of the show (i.e., a screenshot capture of the show's title)". That is something that was already present in the article before your subsequent edits. For the rest of your points, we already have some of that information covered in the article. Spreading the Infection[edit]

I'm not sure about this line of the plot summary:

"She kills one of the Joseon soldiers and turns him into a zombie, unleashing him on the soldiers camp, as each of them turns into zombies while the others die"

Unless I'm mistaken, the series established that using the technique that Ashin uses to make the zombies does not produce infectious zombies. It is only when you eat the meat of either kind of zombie that you become an infectious zombie. I thought Ashin murdered a bunch of people throughout the camp in the night and turned them all into non-infectious zombies, and those are the only zombies that existed. If the zombie bites were infectious, there wouldn't be any corpses on the ground at the end of the massacre, but there were many, more than Ashin could have killed with her bow. Were there any specific scenes that show bitten individuals turning?
