References need moving from title lines and located against the text they relate to I doubt that a single reference covers the whole of a section as bits are added & changed
Switch existing references to use one of the {{Cite}} templates
The use of the term township is confusing what exactly does it apply to?
Trying to cover 3 different entities by a single article is confusing and either needs splittig or clarifying what refers to what
