That article reads like a spoof: The dance... is thought to have been first performed by drunks... The name translates as "caught red-handed by the police" Pad it out a bit and that could be a piece from The Onion. 109.155.180.165 (talk) 16:32, 7 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
