KolibriOS is NOT Russian OS[edit]

Hello everyone,

My name is Kiril (aka Leency) and I am a one of most active developers of KolibriOS. I see that KolibriOS article is marked as "Russian Operating Systems" and this point humiliates me and other developers. Even if the main communication language in project is Russian, it doesn't make the project "Russian".

Here https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=&sl=ru&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fkolibrios.org%2Fru%2Findex you can find out that developers are generality from former USSR countries. Not from Russia. Even more, there are people from other countries all over the world: India, Germany, Netherlands, USA, etc.!

Please, do not add Russian Operating Systems to this article again.
