The reference is from a book. The above heading is related to the place. I don't know the Nepali language properly but I can read the script and understand a bit. Roughly, it reads: Development Project of Koshaat Market located in Okhaldhunga.

Google has not added the site but the two other sites between which this place is located are there on the Google map.

The Google satellite map gives an idea of the topography of the area. I also belong to South Asia, a comparatively backward area. The amount of information available on the internet about the more advanced countries is not readily available about South Asia. Things are improving but the gap is very big.
