Konqueror[edit]

Will Konqueror use Kross? In that case one can easily write extension for Konqueror (as currently with Firefox) right?58.187.172.3 14:46, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That is already possible even on KDE3 with Cbar (with Kross1 as shipped with KOffice 1.x, the with KDE4 deployed Kross2 was in large parts rewritten - so, just a matter of porting Cbar :-) ).

AppleScript singularity[edit]

Regarding "While Kross allows the scripter to write scripts in a language of their choice, AppleScript is one given language". Is that really true? At least on System 7 the "open" in "Open Scripting Architecture (OSA)" meant that other scripting languages existed. Frontier is one such language. And Open Scripting Architecture states: "Under Mac OS X, the JavaScript OSA component remains the only serious OSA language alternative to AppleScript". --Mortense (talk) 17:12, 18 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
