Update Criminal case results and conviction[edit]

Change | Body: Sengar allegedly raped a 17-year-old teen in Unnao, who approached him asking for a job on 4 June 2017. On 13 April 2018, he was taken in by the Central Bureau of Investigation for questioning.[11][12]Allahabad High Court took suo moto cognizance of the case and ordered his immediate arrest by CBI.[13] FIRs were lodged and Sengar was kept in judicial custody for a week.[14][15][16] The CBI have corroborated the victim's charge of rape.[17] He has been booked under 4 sections of Indian Penal Code and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences.[3] In December 2019, he was convicted of kidnapping and raping a minor.[18]
