User:Robert McClenon, thank you for reviewing some of my submissions. The entry on Armbruster includes reviews of his books from the Oregonian, Seattle Times, Columbia journal, and several other periodicals. I'm not sure what the issue is honestly. If an author and their work have received substantial coverage in reliable independent sources doesn't that establish notability? He's also noted as an expert on Seattle's railroad history and music history in a couple of other Seattle Times article but I've seen too many so can't access without a subscription at the moment. I also think authors who publish with established University presses are assumed to be quite notable. I saw he also gives presentations and has served on panels. Notable author covered by the most notable media in Washington State. His musical efforts are secondary. I am accepting the page. Legacypac (talk) 21:26, 15 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
