Merge proposal[edit]

Based on internet sources, (examples: here and here and here), it looks like Nghwele, Ngwele, and Kwere all refer to the same ethnic group and the same language.

The Kwere (Ngh'were) of TanzaniaKwere peopleThe Kwere (Ngh'were) of Tanzania does not fit the current naming convention for ethnic groups Arctic Circle System (talk) 01:26, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. Adheres to current Wikipedia convention. Unless there is a different "Kwere people" somewhere else, "of Tanzania" is unnecessary. And alternative spellings are given in ledes, not titles. Walrasiad (talk) 09:18, 8 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support - The proposed title is more WP:CONSISTENT with other articles for ethnic groups, and the "of Tanzania" qualifier is unnecessary precision. ModernDayTrilobite (talkcontribs) 17:40, 12 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
