I think this article is far too concise and not correct enough in its language. For instance, it refers to two 'particles' in a Hilbert space -- never mind that Hilbert spaces are mathematical constructs which do not contain things called 'particles'! It also talks about performing measurements 'in' $\mathbb {C} ^{2}\otimes \mathbb {C} ^{n}$ or $\mathbb {C} ^{2n}$ which certainly needs qualification.

I'm mostly worried about how little this article discusses the usefulness of the paradigm of LOCC. It needs to be clear that it is a formalisation of the physical situation that two separate experimenters share a state in their joint Hilbert space, and that entanglement (whatever it is!) does not increase under such operations. By getting a grip on the sorts of operations which do not increase entanglement, we can attempt to quantify entanglement and how much of it is necessary for various Quantum Informational tasks. I'm hoping someone other than me will do this, but I will try to edit this article when I have time. Insurrectionist (talk) 07:37, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
