There are some contradictions between the dates the book of essays accompanying the recording gives and other sources, i.e. the 20 March 1810 in the original printed libretto and the 23 March 1810 date given by Dratwicki in the book. Dratwicki is certainly a recognised academic specialist in this area. Maybe it's a printing error or maybe he has other reasons.

Again, regarding the revival, according to David Cairns in his biography of Berlioz, this took place on 17 March 1823 (rather than in 1825). But I have seen claims on Google Books (and Dratwicki backs this) that it appeared two years after Kreutzer's last opera Ipsiboé, which premiered in 1823. Will research further.
