This article is one of great importance. The funnel is, to any chemist, the most important tool. They transfer the solids and liquids of reactions with grace and ease, and are one of the most beautiful and diverse of all apparatus. (My opinion) However, there are other uses of this important tool, such as in the kitchen, but this use is completely different. The kitchen utensils are often plastic, uneven, or ill-ly molded. These two different uses of the tool, I believe, warrant a different page. I have been attempting to translate most of the polish and foreign language Wikipedias on chemical apparatus - because they often had these separate pages. they allow people who are looking for information on a certain type of lab glassware, to find it. to have it buried in an article that is not of the same scope would make the information more limited and make the users of these devices seeking information have to look further than they would need to go. This new article is my starting point for a series of articles on funnels, and other glassware that are needed, but difficult to find. I appreciate your endeavor to streamline Wikipedia, but this is an addition that the internet needs to complete its ever growing repository of Knowledge. Thank you, MiKE100malloy (talk)

Anything that's unclear, please tag it with {{cn}}. There's a well-recognised problem for techie WP articles where some things that are plainly obvious to someone in the field are confusing to the lay reader. Copy-reading by someone outside the field can be helpful for this. Note though that we're all here to make a good encyclopedia, not to score points for how many reversions and deletions we can make.
