This to me sounds like an advertisment. This is not the intention of Wikipedia. I think it should be re-written with a more encyclopaedic approach.

I have been researching the info around lakeland limited and haev found the info has been lifted straight from the home page, propably a clever marketing ploy. Pinster2001 14:05, 3 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

removal of advertisement tag[edit]

I have just done a major edit on the page and removed the advertisement tag, is the page now ok for everyone? Ryanpostlethwaite 23:08, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent overhaul, much improved, reads more like a factual article now. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Pinster2001 (talkcontribs) 16:18, 7 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]

This seems to me like a confict of interest. Ryan does work for Lakeland after all. Ryan who is also an 'awesome' administrator. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Johnnyhooha (talkcontribs) 23:48, 10 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copyvio[edit]

There are still substantial section of this that read like text from the company's website, which was added as a copyvio on Septemper 8th by an anon. I would appreciate if people would put additional effort into rewriting or removing the similar passages. Dragons flight 21:29, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
