User:175.103.25.137 has been trying to get the disambiguation note at the top of the page, to the point that they have now violated the 3RR. I was only reverting their edits and advised them on their talk page to use proper formatting if the note is necessary. I didn't myself put in the note because I don't think it is necessary. I am not sure if I can violate the 3RR to undo this as it tows the line between vandalism and constructive. So, would someone please do something about this page?
