Pronunciation[edit]

We should give the pronunciation, since -aurgh is rare, and virtually non-existent outside a particular area in Britain. I think the average American would guess this is pronounced like something in Klingon, with a growling and phlegm-hocking sound, while native Spanish or Japanese speakers would just scratch their heads. >;-) Extrapolating from -burgh (crazy ol' Pittsburgh notwithstanding), I would surmise this comes out as "Lang-barruh".  — SMcCandlish ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ʌ≼  07:24, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
