Leade[edit]

The leade says "Larga Vista lost its census-designated place status in 2010 because it became surrounded by Laredo, Texas. A CDP may not be located, either partially or entirely, within an incorporated place or another CDP. Today, Larga Vista is considered a Laredo neighborhood.". If is merely surrounded by Laredo, then it shouldn't volitiote that rule about within an incorporated place.

Also saying "Larga Vista is considered a Laredo neighborhood" would seem to contradict the statement that "it became surrounded by Laredo", but it's possible that what it's trying to say is that Larga Vista is geographically, but not legality, considered part of Laredo, i.e. that it is outside the Laredo city limits but considered part of Laredo.
