Like your valuable Jonocan/Sea Warriors text. As author of http://www.levuka.wordpress.com. I note with interest you used an item at http://www.levuka.wordpress.com as a reference, but it was banned - by Wikipedia, as the source was defined as "a blog". At the Levuka site, I aim to reference all material. it serves as a timeline for the history of the Port of Levuka, Fiji 1800 - 1880. It consists of referenced excerpts from books, and internet ( within copyright rules of "fair review"). I also invite others, to join as authors to http://www.levuka.wordpress.com. if you would like to do so, please leave a comment at http://www.levuka.wordpress.com to make contact. I encourage Wikipedia to not blanket-bar all blogs, as sources.Levuka (talk) 04:34, 29 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

File:Fleet of Fijian Double 'Drua' Canoes.gif Nominated for speedy Deletion[edit]

An image used in this article, File:Fleet of Fijian Double 'Drua' Canoes.gif, has been nominated for speedy deletion for the following reason: Wikipedia files with no non-free use rationale as of 18 November 2011

What should I do?

Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to provide a fair use rationale
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale, then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Deletion Review
