Disambiguation[edit]

SSTflyer You did a closure at Talk:Laurie Patton (Internet executive) - fine, sorry to intrude or second guess, but I made this disambiguation page and was out of process for doing so. Your close ought to stand unless we have a discussion otherwise.

Still - I wonder if you might reconsider and allow this page to exist. 3 of 4 comments say make a disambiguation page. Instead, you made a redirect. I came here not even knowing about the discussion but because of another issue elsewhere, which is why I did this out of process.

Can you look at the move discussion again and give an opinion about whether this disambiguation page is best? I think it is, but I wanted to check with you to see why you did things another way. Blue Rasberry (talk) 19:21, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There is consensus that the primary topic for Laurie Patton is the Laurie L. Patton article. That said, I would not mind having a disambiguation page here. Just remember to fix all incoming wikilinks to this disambiguation page. sst 00:03, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I went through the disambiguation page and checked incoming links. It seems that someone already did this because most pages already had one name or the other, so this must have happened when the articles got new names. Whatever the case, I disambiguated uses in live articles. I left uses in discussions and drafts. Blue Rasberry (talk) 15:24, 20 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
