Bill in the other house[edit]

The section "Bill in the other house" had shocking grammar (First letters of sentences not capitalised) and rather vague and informal a tone. While I corrected these errors to the best of my ability, my not being an expert on the subject in question meant that I was, unfortunately, unable to correct the following sentence: "If the originating house does not agree with the amendments, it shall be that the two houses have disagreed." Read in the context of the section, the statement appears totally redundant; the preceding sentence gives a time limit within which the House (to which the bill is sent) must either return a bill to the first House for approval of any amendments or pass it. From what I can understand of the article, the sentence should surely reference a Joint Session (but I may have misunderstood). I also hesitate to remove the sentence as I am a new Wikipedia user, and unaware of the policy regarding whether I should remove it without asking others first. Could someone inform me as to the correct course of action?
